QueueMetrics collects PBX data and tracks agent activity, payroll, goals, conversion rates, ACD, IVR, and music on hold. It also generates outbound and inbound campaign statistics with real-time monitoring, customizable wallboards, and custom reports with over 200 different metrics.

QueueMetrics improves daily agent workflow by offering a dedicated agent interface with messages, alarms, integration with modern CRMs. It even includes a WebRTC softphone and a comprehensive quality monitoring tool.

Version 22.02 brings a large number of improvements to the Reports page, making it faster and more user-friendly. Even system logs have been improved to be more powerful and flexible, making it easier to see which user did what and why.

The new version of QueueMetrics also includes support for single sign-on with Google and Microsoft accounts, an improved WebRTC softphone, and a new theme named Mono.

Improved reporting performance on both the engine and browser side makes the user experience more responsive and provides a solution that will work even for very large systems with 10,000+ agents spread across 1,000+ queues. ‘waiting.

In version 22.02, you will find a new Timeline view. This panel will allow you to know everything about the history of a call and to access all associated media. The call history will display all call events in chronological order, as recorded by the PBX, with an immediate representation of the call flow.

Their developers also introduce the concept of call groups. Each DataBlock that displays information regarding one or more call groups will display an additional column with a grouping icon, clicking this navigates a user to a series of tables exploding the dataBlock metric in detail.

As in previous versions, this one fixes a large number of bugs (more than 130).

QueueMetrics 22.02 supports Asterisk PBX and all major distros and appliances such as FreePBX, PBXact, Issabel, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar S PBX, Freeswitch, FusionPbx, MiRTA, Enswitch, PBXware, Vicidial, Xorcom, Wazo, Elastix, etc.

It is available as a cloud-hosted service or an on-premise software package with localization for 23 distinct languages.
