CYPRESS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Elevator and Escalator Division of Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. expands its staff and offices with a new call center to support growth in the United States

Vertical transportation needs are increasing as construction volume has increased and the current inventory of elevators and escalators in the United States ages. In response to growing demand, Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. has opened four elevator and escalator branches over the past three years in San Francisco (the second largest location in Northern California), Nashville, Boston and Miami. The new call center in Cypress, California serves as the central customer support location for Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc.’s elevator and escalator division nationwide.

Representatives from Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. recently gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the call center.
